Everyone goes on about MDs that are ex BHP or RIO. I haven’t seen many of them be successful at running a junior miner. They generally have no skin in the game, cant market the company to save themselves and are not focussed on returns to shareholders.
How about Gary cuts his salary in half and we grant him some options at 5c. Then see how he goes
