For me this CR feels weird. As it was said before, 1.6 M$ cash balance with 432 k$ to be spent this quarter, enough money to patiently wait for tin results next quarter and rise on SP appreciation. Reason for this CR (just after roadshow took off) - drilling in UK coal assets later this year (silly justification to me, but well they have to say something). Someone wants to get in, but hey... buying 77.2 M shares (20.6 M + 56.6 M which is 850 k$ @ 0.015) on market would cost him way more and it would be pretty clear if someone is accumulating.
