The CR turned out be exactly what I was dreading. If they were so desperate for funds immediately you would think they must have plans for it as they still have enough cash in the bank for regular operation. If that is the case why not elaborate a little further on how the money will be used so the shareholders can see it is going to good use?
Simply stating advancing Lochinvar is not enough info to fill me with any confidence.
Lets hope this is part of a greater plan which is playing out in the background and not just a cash grab.
