Not shorted, dragged down. Small dumps into the pip below in order to hit stop losses. The most recent sellers have been retail which supports my theory. The buy orders at 0.001 and 0.002 are also a common site.
Thing is you arent even guaranteed to buy at 0.015 under the deal. Quite often you only get a fraction, or none of what you ask for, so you cant rely on it to get your shares back cheaper if you sell.
