Heavily oversubscribed.... Standard jargon, I don't read into that too much and neither should you.

I wanted more info on why this CR needed to be done now, and not later in the year when the SP has had some catalysts (Redmoor) to appreciate the price and raise at a higher, less dilutive price. Instead, we get a 'funds will be used for Lochinvar exploration later in the year' type comment, which begs the question, why raise now? Maybe letting some mates get set, I don't know.

We have enough money to wait for some appreciation, hence, I see this as just another poorly timed CR.
