They certainly looking after shareholders... only minor dilution if holder subscribe 0.5 cents for each share owned( 1:2 Entitlement at 1 cent)

so now M Cap about $7M and over $2M to advance the initial $200M of projects w EAS looking to find debt finance...
EV $5Million...
Talk about highly leveraged!!!
