for those that own shAres , forcevery 2 they write a check for 1cent and get anither share.... they will then have 3 shares and have had to spend 1/2 cent forceach share they previously owned to not get diluted...!
pretty simple matr and I for one welcome
as for directors underwriting i am impressed ... does not mean they will not take up full entitlement
And Mosa erg if you buy at what you think is the kow you will get anither fir 1 cent..
otherwise go back to whinging aboutvpast failures
