The way I see it is that if you have a CEO/MD not performing, then they are replaced. Certainly is in my workplace (the real world).

Skill and luck is what comes with Geology, not management. Mgt is a pure skill. some have it, some dont.

Why would someone place 1 mill at .0005? Because there are three zeros in from of the 5. Simple. Easy Money. Ill take some at that price...

Personally I still think we have some good prospects in fraser and west kimb. you cant count them out totally. the ASX is riddled with small caps that have resurrected themselves as of late - more so from good mgt, not luck (JV's, mergers etc). I could name them but would prob get hit up for cross promoting..

Therefore we increase market sentiment with new mgt (new geo.!..), then get out there are start drilling targets with confidence- only then is when luck comes into play...
