BPO wants to issue 300 mil shares at 1.0 c = $ 3 mil

under the max 15% to be issued without SH approval clause they can only issue 123 mill shares and need SH approval for the rest - which the will post shortly

I also note that Jacob Khouri has been made mom ex director as of today

I'd imagine that Elias Khouri has upped his stake in BPO and that might be another sweetener for all the cash

Can't wait to see the App3B and see what vehicle Khouri is using for his SH
