1. I to question why at this price and not earlier?
2 and 3 remains to been seen if he agrees with the current board he will be like us. If he does not have major clashes with the board . It will be a very sour investment.
Plenty of companies have old a furphy to big investors before. (Those with a knowledgeable farm back ground see a nice pun)
