Owners and top holders hold close to 80% of the entire float.
Which makes this stock very illiquid. The issue with share price right now is there's no interest at the moment. The upside to this is a very tight cap structure, which in the event of a large material earnings upgrade, this will jump very high (demand will outstrip supply heavily). Just have to be patient for the 4C.
