I think it was Poetplus that mentioned that you had posted about extending the options as an er.. option. Can you expand on this a bit more? Is this very often done, how close to expiry would you typically see it happen and what would the mechanics of the process be - is it a cost-free exercise or is there some sort of financial exchange required?
