no, $12.26m is what the company is valued, 6 tenths of a cent is the maximum price per share punters were willing to pay to buy in yesterday. if mpj is sitting on a good resource, why consolidate now? only reason i see for this, makes it easier to do a cr, which will happen shortly after the consolidation imho.
