"upon settlement of the acquisition, we will move quickly to begin an aggressive on-ground exploration program at Pilbara"
Where is the issue??
There has to be an EGM to ratify the proposal with shareholders and at least 28 days notice needs to be given.
After they have carried out due dilligence.
Once again, can you guys explain what your beefs are??
