If it were, would it effect your thoughts on this stock? Of course you would be aware that they would not be aware of anything not in the public domain. Even if it was established that they fitted into this category there are as I said many reasons as to why they sold which may not be related to any announcements. IMHO your decisions on this stock should be made by you as regards your circumstances etc, not by trying to 2nd guess anyone else.
