You are not happy with MPJ, I get that, but I do not get what is not to like with this new direction???
If you want a younger team, then why not sell MPJ and be done with it, put it into another younger Stock?? I mean its not as though you are trapped here like at NXR, but realy, vent somewhere else please mate.
You are usually patient and informative, but that was last year, and I have noticed your frustrations, no end.
