    By my calculations...
    We will go with fully diluted cap because at that stage the options will be in the money.
    So 2,400,000,000 shares from memory.

    50,000,000 / 2,400,000,000 = share price of $0.021
    (Rounded from 0.0208)

    Minus options excersize price of $0.01
    Leave options at $0.011
