OPEX hasn't been disclosed. The mine is running at ~60% of nameplate and requires more work and cost to get it closer to spec. Your margin implies OPEX is USD340/t or so. This is practically DFS cost ex-tantalum sales (cost assuming 330kt product versus current 200kt or so run rate). If the mine is running 40% under spec with most of it due to to recovery issues (i.e. way less SC6 per tonne of dirt in) then costs will be way higher than this. The lower SC6 tonnes have to absorb the same $ fixed costs. There is no chance they are making a margin like you claim.
