In fairness and the fact that I always like to see both sides of the story as it improves my chances of getting my investments right the Shorter's are not breaking any laws and for you to accuse a poster of breaking the law without any justification means that you may actually be doing what you claim they are doing (unless you have evidence that we do not know about.
