Some interesting stuff happening in the closing auction.
Here is my initial screenshot of buy/sell depth, taken at about 4:09
Notice that the estimated close was 2.8c (which turned out to be correct, but surplus volume was -2.4M meaning at 2.8c there were 2.4M more shares up for sale that the number of buys at or above that price. On the buy side you can see the number is 1.9M and on the sell side it is 1.7M so it looks like there were .2M more buyers than sellers. Implication is that there was a large hidden sell order ~2.5M shares.
About 10 seconds later it changed to this
Now it looks like there are clearly more buyers than sellers and the closing price should be 2.9c but surplus volume just 433K and estimated close 2.8. I.e. confirms that another order exists on sell side for 2.5M shares at or below 2.8c.
Just interesting - not sure how useful.
