Some may have suggested that enriching oneself with tpm IP is a more novel concept than tpm is a novel compound . Were Mylan to substitute tpm for a near identical compound ? Its difficult to argue that under such circumstances Mylan could rely on POH to supply . Was the IP and related performance unique in chemistry ? And if not what value does it have ?
