Well, the claim is for unjust enrichment arising out of breach of contract. That is what POH is claiming. In other words, that Mylan gained a financial advantage at the expense of POH and that this financial advantage was 'unjust'. From my understanding from reading all the relevant announcements, the claim relates to income that POH did not receive as a result of something that Mylan did (or failed to do) that was borne out of fraudulent and/or negligent misrepresentations. Apart from this, it is very difficult to say what the exact circumstances subject to the claim are, or what chances POH actually have of a successful outcome.
