For what its worth, I don't think Ross or the current Board are taking any pleasure out of this. One of the Board members was one of the larger share holders. I have talked with Ross many times and he would be devastated but he can't show it because he has a company to save. No winners here except as per usual the lawyers and big Pharma. Mylan were so confident because they have done this so many times before and new exactly how to steal and get away with it. They pay their lawyers $$$mils to discover patent and contract "opportunities" they can take advantage off. I feel like such a fool.
