    I for one thought that if a company was spending millions chasing a settlement, surely it had legs.

    However $300m seemed a little outrageous sum of cash and definately not none seemed more likely.

    To know possibly owe money in legal costs makes this one heck of a misplay by those involved.

    Ones got to wonder how they got it so wrong.
