Surely they just call it quits now..
The cash they have wont cover the legal costs.. So why raise more money only to have to pay legal costs.
The board wont want to stick around as there is no money to pay them.
Should never have commenced the arbitration.... With money in the bank we would be worth more than where it will end today.
Of the 20 years I have been trading this will be the first stock that I have seen pretty much go from something to nothing in one day.. Even most other biotech's that aren't successful in their tests results most always have some additional cash in the bank to keep going. In this instance we wont !
Also explains why Mylan never lobbed a bid for POH... They were confident that they were going to win all along..
