No doubt, as all are aware, the cost hand down will be the primary catalyst for that analysis at that time but then again, depends on how severe and also whether cost can be settled as an ongoing arrangement rather than lump sum. That will come out in time as we know.

But here and now to raise that as a question I would have thought beneath you as would have thought intellectually (as u said u like to help those challenged that way) you would know that is unlikely within the ASX listing rule framework but maybe possible down the track obviously.

Maybe worth a look at the latest Fins to see if question holds water? Leave u to it. Cheers.

FMF I have really enjoyed your well researched and thoughtful posts. This company may well survive but the outlook is precarious. No point in selling at this price imo unless you have capital gains to offset .
