Think ur post not really too diff from what I pointed out prev posts. It is being investigated for that DDS...no more no less. You have essentially just said the same thing. 

As for bets...had better, had worse but in reality, that is actually irrelevant to the discussion don't u think? 

Have always stated that is a potential outcome and not shied from that but also that there could potentially be a better outcome still, albeit unlikely. 

Whilst enjoying the discussion and research I still haven't figured out ur angle as yet?

It would appear that with the arb going against POH and the subsequent mkt punishment that would have satisfied your earlier calls, yet u seem to still wish to hang out here?
