@playez I can see what they are saying however I don't believe it is as absolute and categorical as they make out.
Is it stacked against POH now - yes.
Does it mean dead here & now - no.
Have they got work cut out - yes.
I agree as u say, some supporting evidence from playez re their statements would be appreciated however there is nothing that says they have to.
Is TPGS a direct competitor in the "same" DDS right now - not that I can see and happy to be corrected if so.
Will TPGS become a direct competitor in the future - possibly if they move into that DDS.
That is when POH should provide direct comparison studies as TPGS would then be a competitor but not yet.
Seeing playez has now shifted part of the discussion around supply chain, does TPGS have that advantage & scale - absolutely as it's been around that long in oral DDS so to be expected.
Does that mean POH couldn't secure production & supply chain if required - no.
Must first have a product requirement to that level to proceed down that path and obviously POHs focus atm still is product dev and ultimately commercialisation first then supply chain in parallel.
I still believe TPGS is not developed as yet for transdermal / injectable however if it does become available then yes, existing infrastructure will assist it.
But does that also mean these producers / suppliers couldn't also assist with TPM?
Does the mkt say there can be a monopoly of only one transdermal / injectable compound support?
Even from isochem pdf it clearly states that the DDS discussed is merely being investigated at this time (pg 2).
