Was expecting something a little more in depth or evidentiary to support ur comments but I guess a simple analysis will suffice 

Pretty much a given call on asset value in an insolvency or fire sale situation similar to an arbitration call. Whilst 50/50 on face value was more 70/30 or possibly 80/20 Mylan favour.
