Just looked up ASX pricing rules. For shares priced under 10c, the minimum bid is 0.1c and steps are also 0.1c. There are currently 11M shares up for sale at 0.1c and only 17M total buyers. My guess is some of those buyers will cancel before open, POH will open at 0.1c and not every sell order will get executed - if it doesn't go into a trading halt or suspension (also pretty likely given this news).
