Obviously a late comer to the party or wake or woteva it will be now but no biggy....was a risk v reward punt and only what I was comfy to lose if need be.
As some others have congratulated u on the some calls B4 my time, I'll defer slightly to your knowledge of the situation.
Though, I did think there was something in the IP / tech background at least that could move fwd.
Can u point in right direction or have any Ref links re the conjecture around the TPM formulations or similar?
I looked at the logic as part of the process in so much as why bother continuing with the Agila POH licence when they were acquired when there may or may not be enforceable restrictions? Wouldn't be worth maintaining it imo. Just eff it off at that time.
Why lodge and spend $ not need to on an Improved TPM Dapto patent where as u say, they or anyone can just get or create with TPM from various suppliers?
Why provide testing data in the patent highlighting how their TPM reduces reconstitution time etc. What would make Agila / Mylan patent so special or any diff or essentially required?
As u said, in terms of performance, not much in it yet the Agila patent seems to think there is some enhancement on the Dapto side. U may be talking about the patch etc but I'm looking at the Dapto.
Just those points didn't make any logical sense to me but hey, it what it is.
