Even if it was a clear cut & dry clause, written accordingly, that expressly states Mylan cannot sell a generic Dapto at all without at least proving or disproving the ability of TPM, which it prob isn't and Mylan prob not care either as u say.
Guess that's the BS of big pharma essentially feeding off peoples misfortune of illness under the guise of helping them whilst fleecing them and govt for fat profits and squashing the little guy and just taking anything of value. Geez, sounds like they need a banking and fin planning RC haha.
