Hence why POH indicate they have to weigh up their options on that as a breach maybe.
That's right @FullMoonFever but the sad part with this might be :
Mylan know we don't have enough money to pursue them legally if they just give us the finger on any sales in the future from any Dapto product ... IMO it will be like 'you want royalties as per the agreement - come and get them'.... especially after winning the arbitration as well ??
Hence why POH indicate they have to weigh up their options on...
