I'm sure deep pockets/sharks are circling and accumulating at this price..I wish I had the dough to buy at this price...

I sold some to realise the loss today "at market" and I got 0.0025 as a CXXT ..... others look to have done the same ... others I know did this yesterday and received 0.0025 as well ... looks like someone is 'accumulating' or 'buying' all that are dumped at market at this price ??

I guess if they get enough to register Sub Holder then we will find out ?

Also with most legal cases even if you lose and the other side is awarded costs, it is not what you spent.... the figure is determined from a "schedule of standard fees" so even if Mylan spent $20m, they may only be awarded $1m or $2m ?
