Sometimes the winner in a case or arbitration does not get costs awarded to them for many individual litigation reasons. IMHO In this case the prime reason the arbitrator found against POH was that POH did not do anything to advance the technology...(polite way of saying POH sat on their arses expecting a bonus by litigation/arbitration) and hence lost on all cases...It's not that POH did not have grounds to sue; it did...hence I agree POH may get away very very lightly...
I'm sure deep pockets/sharks are circling and accumulating at this price..I wish I had the dough to buy at this price...
