I remember when POH fell abruptly to 10 cents after Esra Ogru was found to have embezzled 6 mil from POH 5 years ago. Surely the shares were cheap at this price and would pull back? Like a lot of other shareholders, I participated in the Cap raise at 8 cents. Surely cheap at that price? Next Cap raise at 1.5 cents. Surely cheap at this price? Now I have sold my considerable holding at .03 cents.
A very wise share investing rule is to not average down and don't put too many eggs in one basket.
In my view, the Arbitration was the last roll of the dice. I do hope for those still holding shares that this is not the case. As other posters have pointed out, you cant take a tax loss on a company that goes into liquidation.
Best wishes to all the long and short term holders who have now sold and taken this nasty hit.
Also best wishes to all those still holding. I do hope a rabbit can be pulled out of the hat for you all.
