Agreed Col, I suspect the "someone" is already accumulating at this shocker of a price / situation : POH is a sitting DUCK in capital letters...However costs argument and costs ruling may be a long time away...maybe half as long as the arbitration (date of hearing is not set yet ; and it's in POH's interest to delay and look for a white knight before the costs ruling..Taremu??...).
