Yes ... and I doubt after yesterday (Saturday morning it states in the announcement) he would head off overseas if the BoD met and were seriously considering VA as some on here suggest ? IMO of course
I am however of the opinion that IF any company was looking at a partnership re: patches that it would probably be cheaper to steadily buy shares on market to 19.99% and then offer a small increase for the remaining shares ? Our MC is under $5m so to get 20% for under $1m and then offer crumbs for the rest would be cheaper than stumping $ for a JV / Partnership deal and ultimately they would get all the IP ? Again IMO of course
