Turps, still here mate. Sitting back watching. Not much for me to add. Trying hard not to get drawn into dialogue with Playez who’s strutting around continuing to do his thing. People continue to question why he does what he does, but it’s difficult as I’d love to enlighten everyone but won’t share the reasons in an online public forum. So I’ll keep quiet….for now.
In regards to the arbitration, as devastating as the result was, the process was necessary. The disappointment for me was not in Ross M and Co deciding to pursue this, but the legal representation that walks away unscathed, having been willing to run the gauntlet with what now shows to have been a poor legal case for POH.
I do wonder whether at some stage during the long process an offer of settlement was put on the table by Mylan/Strides.
In saying that people have to respect Ross & POH for coming to a relatively good outcome post result considering the strong possibility of Mylan finishing the company off.
Sure some people like to criticise Ross for ‘milking the company’. I don’t buy it. Everyone works to earn to money. That’s the pay he was offered but just because he gets paid what he gets paid doesn’t mean he isn’t doing everything in his power to try and make this work. The concept of him having a free ride is naive.
We do as a company however need something to eventuate. Whether it’s propofol, animal feed or daptomycin or what ever, we need some confirmation of commercial viability.
The FDA meeting for the patches should now have concluded. An update should be forthcoming. Can this actually go somewhere or not?
There has been many references to companies running their own due diligence on animal feeds? Can this actually go somewhere or not? If these companies don’t produce something after their own due diligence then you would expect no other would and it’s time to shelve it.
Hence we need ‘completed products’ propofol and daptomycin to produce something this year. Otherwise POH will no longer have legs or money to stand on and TPM will have run its course.
Happy new Year to all and good luck for 2019
