Recovering reasonable costs from POH was always doubtful due to their parlous financial state . But an awarded continuation of the origional agreement and worse still prohibition of a generic dapto' supported by a vieled threat of enforcement may have been more incentivizing.
The other unlikely terms would have also been comfortably signed off .
However credit where its due . POH still lives .
