On what basis do you suggest EVN have clearly said they won't change their offer?
When the announcement says the exact opposite as to it not being ruled out.
And Zijin are not out of the picture. They have not ruled out a counter offer and could lodge one any time.
And why hold- as part of a balanced portfolio and with the comfort that there is minimal risk but good return potential.
