    Cashflow isn't an issue for me so if there's a ST downward price it's fine. I don't think EVN can withdraw the offer can they? I would expect a reduction in PXG post offer. As I have a split holding (me and my wife hold seperately) I'm going to accept for one holding and hold for the other. I'm very happy to hold EVN LT and I think they will be great for the PXG assets.
