    U r confusing the 2.
    The offer is off market. This was sent in September with details how to accept. This has nothing to do with selling on market. If u sell tommorrow u get the cash proceeds as normal on the market. 13.5 c would get 13500 minus brokerage. On market has nothing to do with the offer.
