    My concern was always the amount of oil predicted that
    could be recovered, if found.The ndo/oel off shore well
    discovery in similar geo. setting was only around 10ml barrels

    So I guess it depends what people define as a dud..
    Iguess even a small discovery of around 5ml/bls would most likely be economic given good flow rates. Time will tell.
