I knew he was bluffing/scare mongering, but the whole episode was stressing me enough at the time and was taking a whak financially also. Didn't want the added stress, as had been involved in other court cases before and have the firm view to stay as far away as possible from courts and the legal system where being right or correct is often irrelevant. Also was and still living off shore.
But he was worried enough for sure, and it erks me a little the slime bag got away with it but such is life.
