This stock is relatively cheap for its ground package imo. 57m shares on issue at 34c is only $20m with $6m in cash.
We all know that the ground has gold and you can almost be certain they will hit grade because they know exactly where to start drilling. There are approx 17m options on issue x 20c but those are owned by insiders from memory. That is also positive as they can pay them up if required and keep the register tight. The stock has always traded well above that price and its $3.4m extra bucks if needed down the track.
This is a very large initial program and the potential for a much larger expanded deposit footprint is likely imo.
The drilling of new targets and the gold price waking up, can’t hurt. Look for results next month as they say. I don’t think it will take much for a push onto 50 myself and who knows what if the market works out they have a marlin on the line. They really don’t need millions of tons if the grade is right.
