As I said on the other thread, its called continuous disclosure. I'm pretty sure Iluka as operator and funder of the JV didn't base their drilling program around MOX's SPP it is of no interest to them.
MOX is required by the ASX to release this material information in a timely manner.
After all your unfounded gripes about them not doing the right thing and needing to be investigated I would have thought you would be pleased that they are fulfilling their responsibilities to the market and shareholders, as they always do.
