It doesn’t warrant consideration. The fact that you think it does tells me you have little appreciation for capital markets. Institutions don’t reward startups who go chasing shiny things. Focus and systematic progress are what counts. There’s a lot of capital required and the last thing needed is a further requirement and distraction. Especially when the shiny thing is a polished turd.
