I totally agree. MR is doing nothing but attempting to prop up the price. Yes it’s illegal but probably difficult to prove. He has a lot to lose on this so of course he will be attempting to keep the price falling. The issue he is that is doing all this, the company is looking even less attractive. No insto is going to support the stock with MR essentially controlling it. And with no volume, they will need to write their investment off if they were wanting to exit.
So many alarm bells with RWD. I wouldn’t be surprised if MR attempts to fold this company into another. I’m sure they are out there trying to find someone who will partner with them at the very least. But they will be paying a very high price for it. Unless SOP prices go on an almighty run, shareholders are in for more pain.
Cross your fingers boys and girls, this could get a lot uglier unless someone throws them a lifeline. Wouldn’t be ironic if it was AMN??? Haha.
