Have you spoken to Worley Parsons about the royalties yet?
I note that Euroz in a previous report on AMN estimated royalties at A$27/T. In their current report released the same day as the PFS (briefed in advance?) they make no mention of the royalties of 73 cents plus TO royalties (total US$6/T approx).
The AMN opex numbers are fake based on royalties used.
